A Flash Of Eden

I saw a flash of Eden

it was nothing it was promised to be,

a sudden rapture of an honesty, felt

only once,

a view despondently dropped

upon a horizon, broken

by the breath of the A bomb.

Silence splits the light,

my body moulds the blowback,

the reaction time was far beyond

any expectation,

the results were a revelation

until the cloud came,

it ruptured old ghosts
