It's Cool

it’s all a bit boring

I can’t concentrate,

these playlists are trying

to dictate my taste,

I purchased all 

the “cool” records 

from all the “cool” bands,

they did nothing for me, 

I was told the MP3 

would gobble up vinyl, 

I disagree,

MP3 is a compressed 

distorted fallacy,

I’m told everything’s cool,

take the pill and feel

the fantasy, jab me up 

for dietary measures,

use A.I to simulate 

carnal pleasures,

it’s cool, I’m told 

promiscuous sex 

is standard these days,

she can take 

the morning after pill,

it’s just sex without 

responsibilities, 

the teens are trading STD’s 

instead of studying 

for their GCSE’s,

the woeful and the wasteful,

the sick and schizophrenic

will be silently exterminated

under the guise of eugenics,

that’s cool and it’s all good,

it’s straight out the playbook 

of planned parent hood
